Comar Technologies Service Agreement

This is a legal contract between you and Comar Technologies, Inc. (“Comar”).  Please read this agreement carefully.

 

Service Terms: This agreement shall set forth the terms and conditions under which Comar shall provide you with services you have purchased from Comar.  Comar reserves the right to have a third party perform the services. 

 

Home Entertainment Services

Prior to scheduling Home Entertainment Services, it is your responsibility to ensure the following:

1.       All products to be installed are available for the technician

2.       All accessories needed for installation (wall mounts, cables, etc.) are available for the technician

3.       A power source is available near the installation site

4.       The installation site is able to hold the product and any components

5.       Movement and placement of all furniture away from the install site (Comar technicians will not be responsible to move any furniture)

With every purchased Home Entertainment services, you will receive the following:

1.       A site survey upon arrival of the technician (site survey will occur on your scheduled day of installation before any work begins).

2.       Installation of your components in one room with in-wall wire concealment (if possible).

a.       If in-wall concealment is not possible, we will provide paintable wire raceway

3.       Clean-up of all debris such as wire clippings, drywall dust, wood dust, that was caused by the installation

4.       Integration of your new devices into your current system

5.       Programming of your all-in-one remote control for the new devices (this programming does not include separate remote control purchases)

6.       2 year warranty on labor for all services.  We will correct all any defects in the workmanship of the installation if reported to Comar within 2 years of the date of install.

 

Computer Services

Prior to scheduling Computer Services, it is your responsibility to ensure the following:

1.       All data is backed up from the computer(s) being serviced.  Comar will not be responsible for lost data on any computer(s)

2.       Availability of all CD’s and licenses keys  for all software to be installed/reinstalled on your computer

3.       Access to all network equipment, including routers, modems, switches.  If any of the required equipment is not accessible by the technician, services will not be performed and a $99 service fee will be assessed

 
Please note that you will be able to schedule your appointments on Monday - Friday from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM and Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.  All appointments for Priority Services will be available Monday - Friday from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM and Saturdays from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.  If you would like to schedule your appointment outside of these times or on Sundays, please contact us before purchasing your service.
