Returns/Refunds on Products

You may return all unopened products purchased from Comar Technologies 14 days after you receive the tiem.  You will be responsible for return shipping costs if you decide to return a product that is not defective.  If you received a defective product or the wrong item, we will cover return shipping costs and send you a new item or refund the amount that you paid for it.  Before sending us any returns, you must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) by contacting us.  A refund will be issued 3-5 days after the product is received in the same form that payment was received. 

 

Cancellations/Refunds on Services

You may cancel any service 24 hours after the time of purchase without any cancellation fees if you have not scheduled your appointment.  If you have scheduled an appointment or it is more than 24 hours after the time of purchase, you will be charged a $65 cancellation fee, which will be deducted from your refund.  

 

Rescheduling

You may reschedule your appointment 24 hours before the time of the originally scheduled appointment.  If you choose to reschedule within 24 hours to the time of your appointment, you will be charged a $75 rescheduling fee and will have to schedule your appointment 24 from the time that you contact us.

 
Please note that you will be able to schedule your appointments on Monday - Friday from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM and Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.  All appointments for Priority Services will be available Monday - Friday from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM and Saturdays from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.  If you would like to schedule your appointment outside of these times or on Sundays, please contact us before purchasing your service.
