Our technicians will:

· Come to your home or office

· Configure your router with your ISP settings

· Connect your computers to the network

· Verify you are connected to the network and web

Our technicians will not:

· Configure a wireless network

· Configure a firewall device

· Setup a domain

* This service only applies for a wired network and is included in all wireless network installations.  We will not run any cables more than 10 feet from the router, which must be located next to your ISP device.  The ISP device must be on-site prior to the arrival of our technicians.  If the internet is not functioning prior to our arrival, we will not be configure your ISP settings.
